Upkeep of the House

Garbage & Recycling: Garbage is picked up on Monday and Thursday morning, usually around 6am. Recycling is on Monday morning. If you will please place your refuse in the bins located on the side of the house the night before, our team will take it to the curb. Please take all garbage and recycling out before checking out.

Landscapers: Our landscapers and pest control teams come once every two weeks and are here for 30-45 minutes. The landscapers will work around you, but as our pest control teams do spray chemicals on the plants, we recommend going inside while they are there. The chemicals are dog and human friendly, but it’s not advisable to be outside when they are present.

Air Conditioning: We have a Nest thermostat that is automatically set to 73 degrees. You can adjust to whatever feels comfortable for you. Please note that the air conditioner will 'freeze' if you leave exterior doors open particularly during the summertime. If it does, please try turning it off completely for one hour and turn it back on. If the issue continues notify us.

Laundry: There are laundry supplies next to the washer.

Ice Maker: Unfortunately, the ice maker on the fridge is not friendly and refuses to work properly, so please buy ice.

Smoking is prohibited in the house and backyard.
