Pool & Backyard Rules

We love our beautiful backyard oasis! To ensure everyone has a great time, we ask that you follow our basic pool and backyard rules.

First and foremost, safety is our top priority.

-        Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult at all times.

-        Diving is not permitted

-        No running or roughhousing around the pool.

-        Glass containers are also prohibited in the pool area so please use the washable plastic cups outside.

To maintain a clean and pleasant pool, we ask that you rinse off any sand before entering the pool. Additionally, please do not throw any trash or debris into the pool.

All the pool accessories, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas are located in the shed on the side of the house. Please clean them and return them after use. We ask that you do not bring any interior furniture into the pool area.

Please do not take JBL speaker located underneath the entertainment console outside. It is not rated for FL humidity and it will ruin the speaker.

If you plan on having guests over to use the pool, please let us know in advance.

We take great pride in our home and the pool, and we ask that you treat it with care and respect. Any damage to the pool or surrounding area will be your responsibility. Please report any damages or issues to us immediately.

Before you check out, please ensure the area is clean and tidy. This includes picking up any trash or debris and returning any pool toys to their proper location. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the pool area clean for all guests to enjoy.
